OTCB Kitchen Essentials

I like to keep my kitchen essentials down to a somewhat bare minimum, in order to save space and avoid kitchen clutter . I have always had a small kitchen so I got used to not having a lot of appliances and utensils. I try and never buy anything that can’t serve multiple purposes either. Essentials should be quality materials so I suggest investing in better quality goods (less is more) over cheaper items that you’ll have to replace more frequently. So here is my list of kitchen essentials that I think every home cook should own.
